Billing & Refund Policy

All payments for boosts, Pro Sales campaigns, and subscriptions are processed securely through Flutterwave.

GGIS Balance top-ups may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if unused, minus applicable transaction fees.

Boost purchases already applied to a live listing, and Pro Sales spend already accrued, are non-refundable.
